Silver Alert issued on 10/25/14 at 2:40 PM. NYPD has issued a Silver Alert for the disappearance of Mary Shannon, a 73-year-old black female who is deaf and mute, from the area of East 102nd Street and 1st Avenue in Manhattan. Ms. Shannon was last seen on 10/24 around 4:00 PM wearing a a purple coat, dark green sweatpants, and a brown wig. She is described as being 4'8" tall and 110lbs.
