ALBANY - Gov. Paterson has signed legislation allowing pharmacists to administer flu and pneumonia vaccinations.
Starting Dec. 4, pharmacists who complete state training and certification will be permitted to give the shots.
Some health experts say the bill could increase the number of New York City seniors who get the shots by 50,000 or more.
