Silver Alert issued 1/5/2016 at 2:10 AM. NYPD has issued a Silver Alert in regard to the disappearance of Hector Costas, an 85-year-old Hispanic male from the area of 10th Avenue and West 51st Street in Manhattan. He is described as being 5'7" tall and 150lbs with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen at 12:05 AM on 1/4 wearing a dark sweatshirt, blue jeans, and a black baseball cap with the words "Korean War Veteran" on it.
